Building code AI
that never leaves
your laptop.
A private, cited research assistant for licensed architects. Answers grounded in IBC, IRC, and your local amendments. Your drawings stay on your machine.
Built by a licensed architect. Used daily by a 6-person studio. Your files never leave your machine.

Generic AI reads everything you give it. Your clients did not agree to that.
A code answer you cannot trace is a liability you cannot defend. A cloud chatbot that ingests your drawings is a confidentiality problem you cannot undo. The tools built for everyone were not built for stamped work.
ArchAI runs on your machine. The reasoning model, the code library, and the project files all stay local. The only thing that ever touches the cloud is your subscription status.
Your files never leave your machine.
No upload step. No cloud index. The model runs on your hardware, and the project stays in a local database you control.
It cites the code.
Every code answer ties to a real IBC, IRC, or ADA section. If a claim cannot be traced to a retrieved source, it is dropped or marked unverified.
Built by an architect.
Made for the 74% of firms with fewer than three staff, by a named founder and a named architect partner who uses it daily.
Three surfaces. One workflow. Drawn the way you already think.
ArchAI is one workspace with three surfaces, named after the drawings you produce. You move between them the way you move between sheets.
A note from the founder
I am a licensed architect. I wanted to use AI on real projects, and I could not find a tool I would put my stamp behind. The good ones wanted my drawings on their servers. The honest ones could not cite a single code section.
So I built the one I would trust. It runs on my own machine, it answers from the code rather than from the open web, and it shows its work every time.
And it never reads your client's drawings.
Try it on your next real project.
Fourteen days, private, on your own machine. If it does not save you ten hours on your first project, full refund.
